The L890 is an overlocker and cover stitch combo and the L850 is an overlocker.
Features include the One-Step Bernina Air Threader System (loopers), a swing out presser foot slide table, free arm AND a Hands Free System! A generous 5-5/8” sewing space to the right of the needle and Micro Thread Control (MTC).
L850 has a 2-,3-,4- thread options. Total of 18 stitches with a maximum sewing speed of 1,500 stitches per minute!
L890 is top of the line fully featured combo machine that both serges and coverstitches in one operation AND is digitally controlled! Say “Hello!” to touch screen control for stitch selection. Has a 2-,3-,4,-5 thread options. Total of 27 stitches with a maximum sewing speed of 1,350 stitches per minute!
